About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and maintain the end-to-end CPQ → Zuora Orders flow
Design and govern Zuora product catalog structures
Own the integration architecture between Zuora and Kantata
Lead technical discovery, solutioning, and documentation
Partner with Salesforce CPQ admins and developers
Define and enforce data integrity standards
Troubleshoot and resolve billing exceptions
Design, build, and maintain complex Zuora Workflows
Drive system upgrades, sandbox testing, and release management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing
Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CPQ
Strong understanding of subscription and recurring revenue business models
Experience designing and troubleshooting bidirectional integrations
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs
Ability to translate complex business billing requirements into scalable designs
Excellent communication skills
