Lead the creation of epics, features, and complex user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria, data logic, and configuration details.
Independently investigate complex data anomalies across large, interconnected datasets (claims, EHR data, risk/quality measures, etc.).
Serve as a Scrum Master–type leader for the Core development pod.
Manage team throughput, identify dependencies and risks, and proactively remove blockers.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned features—from discovery through requirements, development, testing, release, and adoption.
Define and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for new product functionality.
Produce high-quality documentation, including workflow diagrams, data transformation logic, and user guides.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or a related field
4–7+ years of business analyst, product analyst, or data analyst experience
2–4 years of healthcare industry experience—payer, provider, or health-tech preferred
Strong SQL and Excel skills; able to query, validate, and investigate data independently
Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Sisense)
Demonstrated experience writing epics/features/stories and facilitating Agile ceremonies
Strong understanding of healthcare data, HIPAA, quality programs, and/or risk adjustment.
