About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process US payroll for hourly and salaried employees
Prepare post-payroll 401(k), FSA, and HSA contribution files for remittance
Manage ADP payroll system and make recommendations for improvement
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
Maintain compliance with accounting policies and SOX controls
Perform SOX testing on other accounting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of real-world experience in the HR/Payroll field
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow software is strongly preferred
Knowledge of stock-related transactions such as options, ESPP and RSUs is desirable
Experience with Canada payroll is Highly desirable
Excellent customer service skills
Team oriented with outstanding integrity and accuracy in work
Can-do, figure-it-out mentality with a strong sense of urgency and pro-activeness.
