About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process US payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Prepare post-payroll 401(k), FSA, and HSA contribution files for remittance
- Manage ADP payroll system and make recommendations for improvement
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and SOX controls
- Perform SOX testing on other accounting processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of real-world experience in the HR/Payroll field
- Experience with ADP WorkforceNow software is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of stock-related transactions such as options, ESPP and RSUs is desirable
- Experience with Canada payroll is Highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team oriented with outstanding integrity and accuracy in work
- Can-do, figure-it-out mentality with a strong sense of urgency and pro-activeness.
