About the role
- Develop and maintain detailed process maps in Lucid Chart/Visio for revenue cycle workflows.
- Analyze current business processes and systems, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Work with business and solution delivery owners to define and document requirements.
- Design and deliver scalable, system-based solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, life sciences, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare analytics, or business analysis.
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims, and reimbursement.
- Experience with EHR and practice management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth).
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio) and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
