About the role
- Ensure that technical systems align with business objectives
- Oversee Salesforce development and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Define and execute product roadmap for cloud-based diagnostics products
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security best practices
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years with a master’s degree in Technical Product Management
- Experience with Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SNS, SQS, KMS
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
