About the role
- Design, document, and maintain an enterprise architecture that unites legacy systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-based platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and 99.9% system uptime
- Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture roadmap outlining integration phases, modernization milestones, and AI enablement initiatives across core platforms
- Define and implement integration strategies across CRMs, policy administration, billing, reporting, customer support, and automation systems
- Lead modernization initiatives to restructure and refactor legacy applications for improved performance and interoperability
- Develop secure, scalable API and data integration frameworks for real-time data exchange
- Identify and architect opportunities to embed AI and automation within core business processes
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to design scalable, maintainable system blueprints
- Establish architecture standards, documentation, and best practices that promote reliability, compliance, and long-term scalability
- Track and report on architecture performance metrics, including integration success, system reliability, and modernization progress
- Evaluate new technologies and AI solutions for strategic alignment with enterprise objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the company’s evolving technology goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Systems Integration Engineer
- Proven experience leading enterprise integration and system modernization initiatives
- Strong background in software design, API architecture, and enterprise integration frameworks
- Hands-on experience with both legacy systems and modern cloud-native architectures
- Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and their integration into business workflows
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data infrastructure
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical designs
