Solutions Engineer

• Analyze and structure business process changes to drive improvements within Gaia Herbs’ IFS ERP system, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and operational goals.
• Gather and translate business and user requirements in consultation with business managers and end users to develop functional specifications.
• Conduct root cause analysis with business users to identify areas for improvement, outline project objectives, define project scope, estimate resources, and determine functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and oversee testing strategies to ensure the ERP system meets established requirements and specifications.
• Support business initiatives through IFS demonstrations and documentation of processes and functional requirements.
• Transform business and technical requirements into focused, customer-centric solutions that meet Gaia Herbs' needs.
• Stay current with IFS capabilities, offering guidance and training to ensure effective system utilization.
• Manage and coordinate vendor partners to ensure smooth project implementation and resolution of issues.
