About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert reward guidance and support to HR and leadership teams across business lines
  • Translate the UK&I Reward Strategy throughout the business and establish robust change plans
  • Build key relationships at all levels

  • Deliver the annual reward plan for the company and business lines

  • Embed reward principles to drive behavioural and cultural change

  • Define pay and compensation approaches for operational areas experiencing shortages or retention issues
  • Provide assurance and guidance to Exco on reward-led activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience of complex planning within a large matrix organisation
  • Knowledge and experience of reward tools and principles
  • Experience of WTW Benchmarking and Salary Surveys
  • Understanding and experience in linking reward design to employee engagement
  • Experience managing multiple strategic and high-profile initiatives
  • Proven track record advising and influencing senior stakeholders in an operational environment on confidential and challenging issues
