About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates
  • Screen applications and create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Maintain excellent candidate communications throughout the recruitment process
  • Utilise and maintain Workday applicant tracking system
  • Track hiring metrics including time to hire, cost per hire and source of hire
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future requirements
  • Proactively headhunt candidates through social platforms for hard-to-fill positions
  • Advise hiring managers on best-practice interviewing techniques and assessment methods
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Support continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments
  • Preference for candidates who have recruited for operational, engineering or industrial roles
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and business partners
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing and headhunting across LinkedIn, Indeed and CV Library
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday knowledge advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative working skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
