Senior Team Assistant – Office Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing comprehensive and confidential administrative and organisational support to the Regional Director, and the IWE North Region team
- Be responsible for the day to day management of the Dunfermline office, managing office supplies, contractor access, fire and water testing, cleaning etc.
- Champion office wellbeing by supporting all office workers, through the provision of a clean, well managed office environment
- Maintain key registers for the region (e.g fire wardens, first aiders, suppliers, vans, fob holders etc)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to pass DBS check
- Willingness to occasionally drive to other local offices
- Experienced Office Administrator / Manager
