Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage strategic and operational Human Resources processes, acting as a business partner to company departments, ensuring legal compliance, process efficiency, and continuous employee development.
Act as a strategic partner to business areas, aligning HR practices with company objectives and goals, supporting leadership in decision-making based on analysis and best practices.
Autonomously and strategically manage all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and internal movements to offboarding, ensuring legal compliance and the best possible experience.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for higher-complexity and strategic positions, using modern techniques and tools (ATS, competency-based interviews, employer branding) to attract and retain talent aligned with the company culture and business needs.
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, etc.) to generate strategic insights, prepare management reports, and propose evidence-based actions to inform decision-making.
Serve as an internal HR consultant to managers and employees, providing specialized advice and support on all people management matters, promoting the company culture and values.
Lead the implementation of strategic HR projects, such as restructurings, and the rollout of new systems or policies, acting as a change and innovation agent to improve HR practices.
