About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform commercial activities, optimizing processes, supporting sales and after-sales efforts, managing contracts and providing all necessary support to customers to contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s commercial and technical strategies.
Identify and contact potential customers to prospect and negotiate new contracts.
Serve as the interface between the company and customers, supporting all required actions from proposal preparation through post-sale follow-up.
Prepare commercial proposals.
Draft commercial contracts and contract amendments.
Monitor and control negotiations to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures.
Conduct technical and commercial visits to strengthen customer relationships and understand their needs for commercial proposals or service improvements.
Carry out necessary procedures for new customer registrations in the group’s systems and keep data up to date for issuing invoices and bank slips (billing).
Track the progress of processes with other departments, integrating technical, operational and financial information to remain fully informed about contract status.
Manage contracts, performing annual adjustments as provided for in the contract.
Maintain an up-to-date digital folder with customer documents, proposals and contracts consistent with the printed version archived in the physical file.
Support the collections department with customers where collection was not successful, in order to help reduce delinquency.
Provide customer support in coordination with support areas.
Prepare and update contract and billing indicators related to the managed portfolio.
Contribute to the certification and implementation process for ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000.
