About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and review preventive and predictive maintenance plans and lubrication programs for assets.
Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, plan compliance and costs), proposing improvements.
Analyze corporate spare parts inventories and support administrative meetings.
Manage material and spare parts data in the CMMS/EAM.
Ensure availability and technical standardization of materials for scheduled maintenance.
Ensure integrity of critical assets and compliance with technical standards.
Support industrial risk analyses using tools such as FMEA and Bow-Tie.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical vocational qualification and a university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production/Industrial, Chemical or related fields)
Technical course in maintenance
3 years of experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM) in an industrial environment.
English – intermediate technical level (for reading manuals and articles).
