About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes - Understand hiring managers' needs, align candidate profiles, conduct interviews, administer assessments, prepare evaluation reports and support onboarding of new hires, ensuring quality and alignment with the client's organizational culture
  • Perform benchmarking and headhunting on professional networks - Identify talent for strategic positions using professional networks and other sources, ensuring the attraction of qualified and specialized candidates for the client
  • Review and propose Recruitment & Selection policies and procedures - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization and innovation, aligned with market best practices and applicable legislation to optimize the client's processes
  • Design, implement and monitor early talent development programs - From attraction and selection to monitoring and performance evaluation of interns, apprentices and trainees, aiming to develop future leaders and specialists for the client
  • Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers of recruitment and selection systems and tools - Ensure optimal use and seek solutions that improve the efficiency of the client's recruitment and selection processes
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for recruitment and selection processes - Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure targets are met (SLA, average time to fill, hiring quality) and to drive continuous improvement for the client
  • Contribute to strengthening the employer brand - Participate in career fairs and events and use talent attraction strategies across multiple channels to expand the pool of qualified candidates for the client
  • Act as an internal consultant to leaders and managers - Provide support in defining profiles, conducting interviews and decision-making, and deliver training on best selection practices and the use of profile assessment tools for the client
  • Ensure transparent communication and constructive feedback to candidates - Promote a positive candidate experience and strengthen the client's employer image by keeping candidates informed throughout the selection process
  • Actively participate in corporate projects and strategic recruitment & selection initiatives - Contribute technical expertise and an innovative perspective to help achieve the client's organizational objectives and align recruitment strategies
  • Screen resumes/CVs - Review and select candidates who meet the job requirements, optimizing managers' time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in medium or large companies, with involvement in complex selection processes and strategic positions
