About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the annual training plan process
Manage local and corporate training platforms
Monitor development action KPIs for local and LATAM reporting
Map training needs, develop proposals for development actions and learning content
Source and contract providers for strategic, technical, and operational training
Manage the Educational Program, reviewing it as necessary
Manage payments to training providers
Manage suppliers, monitoring service delivery in accordance with contractual obligations
Provide support to employees on organizational development topics
Create and update management dashboards for the Annual Training Plan
Support employee onboarding
Manage LATAM and Global training programs
Responsible for reaction and effectiveness evaluations and attendance tracking for training sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role
Intermediate to Advanced Excel
Intermediate English and Spanish (preferred)
Postgraduate degree (preferred)
