About the role

  • Manage the Zendesk environment, including creating and maintaining forms, custom fields, triggers, and automations
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for new support flows and submit them for approval by the business areas
  • Support the development team in integrating Zendesk with other systems (such as Salesforce or legacy systems)
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and detail new functionalities
  • Validate system update bulletins and keep user manuals up to date for operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields)
  • Experience in systems analysis or CRM administration
  • Postgraduate degree in IT Management, Data, or Process Management (preferred)
  • Experience with Zendesk (preferred)
  • Spanish and/or English (preferred)
