About the role

  • Customs clearance, special customs regimes, follow-up with customs brokers, carriers and other partners.
  • Monitor timelines, logistics costs, international freight and stages of the operational flow, ensuring compliance with internal and external SLAs.
  • Prepare and maintain foreign trade KPIs, providing analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, tax and regulatory legislation, liaising with regulatory authorities when necessary.
  • Support internal and external audits related to foreign trade (COMEX) processes.
  • Manage the lifecycle of contracts with suppliers related to the company’s operations in Brazil.
  • Coordinate monitoring meetings, ensuring service levels and performance indicators.
  • Monitor and record any deviations, risks and non-conformities, proposing action plans and continuous improvement measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Logistics or related fields.
  • Experience in the role.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Solid experience in import and export operations.
