About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of metro based liquid tanker fleet
  • Providing support to packaged waste scheduling as required
  • Proactively review route performance to identify optimisation and improvement opportunities for efficiency
  • Comply with dangerous goods, hauled waste and EPA licenses
  • Meet Services delivery KPIs
  • Communicate with both drivers and customers
  • Conduct daily end of shift driver debrief meetings and discuss run efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Waste Management, Transport, Logistics or Service Industry experience
  • Proven scheduling/allocations/planning experience
  • A solid understanding of heavy vehicle transport regulations
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficient in excel, google suite and salesforce
  • A strong focus on health and safety.
