About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the assigned territory and drive sales through existing and new customers
- Increase customer base and market share
- Conduct customer analysis to understand business needs and opportunities
- Develop sales pipelines and ensure pipeline progression and ongoing activity
- Conduct cold calling and on-site customer visits
- Conduct a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, book 5 meetings daily, and run 2–3 meetings daily
- Adapt and execute the company's sales strategy
- Maintain expert knowledge of all products
- Educate customers on the product lineup, device indications, efficacy, safety, and customer benefits
- Conduct product demonstrations while following company protocols
- Establish, develop, and maintain business and customer relationships
- Visit accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete the full sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms
- Maintain Salesforce CRM data integrity through regular updates
- Compile reports and attend required calls and meetings
- Support installation at customer sites according to company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures
- Meet sales targets established through annual and quarterly budgets
- Forecast and submit sales reports promptly
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Clinical Training, and other departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS university degree or equivalent educational background in business or a relevant field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of outside business-to-business sales experience
- 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience preferred
- Experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to dermatologists, facial and plastic surgeons, and med spas
- Proven track record of meeting quotas and driving sales growth
- Excellent cold calling, selling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with prospects and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with all internal departments
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, is an asset
- Solid MS Office and general computer skills
- Must own a vehicle
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Must travel primarily within the territory, with some travel within North America and internationally as required
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory, minimum 3 nights per week depending on territory
- Ability to travel outside the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events
- Ability to relocate for potential growth opportunities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed
