About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Concept’s systems
- Manage and strategically prioritize accounts
- Educate existing and prospective customers on all Venus Concept products
- Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with local team and other partners
- Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows
- Assist in managing the clinical support email box
- Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event
- Stay current on industry technologies
- Communicate any challenges to Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Academic education shall include RN
- LPN
- RPN or Aesthetic license
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage
- Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus
- Excellent analytical
