About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to physicians and their clinical staff on the effective use of Venus Concept’s systems
Manage and strategically prioritize accounts
Educate existing and prospective customers on all Venus Concept products
Drive collaboration and maintain open lines of communication with local team and other partners
Represent Venus Concept by attending trade shows
Assist in managing the clinical support email box
Conduct re-trainings post clinical complaint event
Stay current on industry technologies
Communicate any challenges to Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Academic education shall include RN
LPN
RPN or Aesthetic license
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Experience in energy-based medical devices is an advantage
Previous experience working with or training with capital equipment is a plus
Excellent analytical
organizational
and problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong time management skills
Computer Proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/SalesForce).
