About the role
- Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share
- Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy
- Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits
- Understand customer needs and opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive business relationships
- Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training
- Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates and compiling reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred
- Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc.
- BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field
- Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
- Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce)
- Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead people
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
- MS Office & general computer skills
- Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license
