💰 $100,000 - $120,000 per year

About the role

  • Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share
  • Adaptation/execution of Company’s sales strategy
  • Develop pipeline, ensure pipeline progression and on-going activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits
  • Understand customer needs and opportunities
  • Conduct product demonstrations while adhering to Company protocols
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive business relationships
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by regular updates and compiling reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, medical device preferred
  • Experience in selling lasers, RF and or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons etc.
  • BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or another relevant field
  • Demonstrated/proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth
  • Familiarity with CRM systems an asset (specifically Salesforce)
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment under strict deadlines
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead people
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive mindset
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office & general computer skills
  • Must own vehicle and maintain a valid drivers’ license
