About the role
- Design and develop customized survey scripts using Ventures tools, including question structure, logic, and response validation
- Test and troubleshoot survey scripts to ensure functionality, accuracy, and user experience; identify and resolve issues
- Coordinate with Ventures tools support team to troubleshoot platform-related issues and maintain survey functionality
- Collaborate with Account Managers to manage daily tasks, align survey development with client objectives, and meet project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, or any other field
- Experience with programming surveys using any market research tools
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and best practices
