Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and enhance the PAM ecosystem, ensuring smooth operation across all functions
Build further functionalities in CMS to support operations efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance services within the unified platform
Drive continuous improvement of system capabilities beyond basic account management
Streamline workflows across marketing, customer support, and compliance teams
Ensure unified player profiles are accessible for efficient decision-making
Reduce operational friction through system integration and process optimisation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile, digital environment
Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criterias
Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing user experience and conversion
Hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities and take initiative
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities through market and competitor analysis
Comfortable investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers
Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products
Advantageous: Experience in Gaming, Forex, or Crypto industries
Experience working on customer onboarding and conversion flows
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar product-focused certification
Experience working with remote, distributed teams across multiple time zones
