About the role
- Respond to travel inquiries and guide customers through the booking process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Follow up with potential travelers quickly and thoroughly.
- Use our tools and templates to create travel offers and handle requests efficiently.
- Communicate with travelers by email and phone in a helpful and friendly manner.
- Use AI tools to save time and improve how you work.
- Share ideas and insights with the rest of the team.
- Stay informed about our destinations so you can answer questions confidently.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience with strong and proven results.
- You enjoy helping people make decisions and are motivated by goals.
- You stay calm and focused, even on busy days.
- You use digital tools to work smarter, not harder – and are open to new ones.
- You’re a team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- You speak and write either German or French fluently, and are confident in English as well.
- You are flexible to travel at least once or twice a year.
- You are available to work 8 hours per day between 8AM and 8PM, Central European Time (CET).
