About the role

  • manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated team of 10 Sales Specialists.
  • coach and elevate your team and other customer-facing colleagues within Ventura TRAVEL.
  • closely monitor Sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hold the team accountable to ambitious targets.
  • use AI tools to save time and improve how you work.
  • bring a critical, improvement-oriented mindset by proactively analyzing existing Sales procedures, suggesting, and implementing powerful enhancements.
  • share ideas and insights with the rest of the team.
  • stay informed about our destinations so you can answer questions confidently.
  • step in to support your team hands-on and lead by example.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience and at least 2 years of management experience.
  • You thrive on developing people, motivating teams and driving team performance.
  • You monitor KPIs closely and know how to hold a team accountable while keeping morale high.
  • You use digital tools to work smarter, not harder – and are open to new ones.
  • You’re a team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
  • You speak and write English fluently.
  • You are available to work in CET (Central European Time).
  • You stay calm and focused, even on busy days.
