Define, gather, implement business requirements and support business users for ERP solutions
Lead and guide the ERP Business Analyst team and functional consultants to analyze, design, document, test and deploy business requirements
Collaborate with development and other support areas and act as liaison between functional and technical resources
Perform business system analysis, workflow analysis, and problem solving
Create and maintain detailed design documentation for business processes and functional specifications
Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
Provide guidance on day-to-day problem solving, design, UAT test scenarios, and technical skills
Communicate effectively with executive management on critical projects
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent experience)
At least 8 years of ERP implementation experience
Significant experience with ERP systems roll-outs and business process re-engineering
Experience conducting user training and providing on-going ERP systems support
Oracle Fusion experience required
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience is a plus
Ability to travel up to 10%
Experience in CPG/Foodservice industry preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), structured analysis and design techniques
Experience with user requirements definition, interviewing and data collection techniques
Knowledge of PC-based packages used in development/support, conversion activities, testing methodologies, and implementation procedures
Strong working knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing and/or financial processes
Experience in project planning and control with strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users and to executive management
Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
