Key responsibilities & impact

Proactive management of sales margin, product mix, volume retainment/growth
Leadership of specific product segments and formats for all business channels
Develop and implement company initiatives and commercialization activities
Maximize margin enrichment through detailed customer/market analysis
Supervise and approve all pricing models for assigned Foodservice Channel
Develop and communicate corrective action plans when margin expectations are not met
Support Product Management leadership with budget targets and strategic plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience
7+ years in the Food Industry with a working knowledge of the Food Service Sales process
Minimum 3+ years people leadership experience preferred
Proven experience to develop a strategic pricing system
Understanding of sales process nuances, particularly price elasticity models
Knowledge of VF Financial systems
