About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and lead technical projects within manufacturing facilities for safety, quality, and costs
- Execute project design reviews and oversee installations and upgrades
- Lead teams in day-to-day management of project safety, quality, costs, and risk mitigation
- Partner with Engineering and R&D to ensure necessary inputs for design
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years' experience in the consumer products/food sectors
- Proven record of successful commercialization, project and process management
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred
- PMP and LSS certification is a plus
- Solid technical background with understanding of new and existing product launches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
