About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute job advertising campaigns across programmatic platforms, job boards, and social channels.
  • Maintain job posting accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Update and maintain creative assets including ad copy, images, and landing pages.
  • Pull, organize, and maintain performance data for dashboards and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and escalate optimization needs.
  • Assist in preparing summary reports and insights for Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
  • Serve as a daily point of contact for job boards, agencies, and programmatic partners.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and support requests.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, onboarding new requests, and resource/vendor organization.
  • Assist with creating and distributing ad content for TA to use for social media, ad campaigns and site events.
  • Maintain templates, asset libraries, and brand-aligned messaging guides.
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Manager, Marketing teams and Corporate Communication teams on social media strategy and website content as needed.
  • Support execution of hiring campaigns, new site initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Provide support for career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with project-based work as needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in employment marketing, talent acquisition, digital marketing, or HR operations
  • Experience working with job boards, ATS platforms, or programmatic job advertising tools preferred
  • Experience working with creative tools such as Canva preferred
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
