About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as liaison between Ventra Health and clients for communication and information exchange
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts to maximize collections, provide contracted management services where applicable, and minimize problems
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to review performance and ensure satisfaction
  • Serve as primary client point of contact and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, compile meeting materials, take minutes, and maintain Client Success documentation
  • Review operational workflow data and escalate incomplete or delayed steps
  • Prepare and review internal and external reports and ad-hoc analyses
  • Analyze Client Success metrics, present client-specific reports, and use the issue escalation matrix to resolve concerns
  • Recommend process improvements based on data review
  • Collaborate with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance teams when Practice Administration services are used
  • Monitor or manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals with the Managed Care Team or payor contracting resources
  • Manage or monitor client quality programs and compliance training with organizational subject matter experts
  • Assist with new client implementation
  • Oversee, mentor, and support the growth of assigned Client Success colleagues where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and security regulations and company policies
  • Perform special projects and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare management, or related field preferred
  • At least three to five years (3-5) of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field
  • Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies
  • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner
  • Flexibility to work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service excellence with high attention to detail
  • Understanding of and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Proven strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance
  • Strong customer service and customer-facing skills
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of Outlook and RCM software or equivalent workflow management software
