Monitor the day-to-day activities of multiple deployment site teams to ensure proper execution of tasks and workflows.
Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
Ensure vehicles and staff comply with customer-mandated safety protocols, including mandatory training, valid site access passes, and submitting safety documents (risk assessments, safe work procedures).
Manage US sites’ office budgets.
Foster a positive, productive, and inclusive office culture; organize team-building events and community engagement.
Partner with central HR on local hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development for deployment site employees.
Act as the representative for the site to internal company stakeholders and customers; guide on-site teams to communicate needs and achievements.
Support team members in deployment activities and, in lean situations, perform hands-on tasks: manage software validation test branches, troubleshoot on-site problems, and occasionally implement bugfix coding to reduce recovery time.
Participate in design reviews and code reviews; provide technical insights to steer major engineering developments.
Identify test cases for expanding regression test coverage, with specifications for essential behaviors.
Keep abreast of current state-of-the-art robotics algorithms.
