About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop revenue through various paid acquisition activations for the Belgian market
Monitor and manage all traffic acquisition channels: Search engines, price comparison sites, Display and retargeting, Marketplaces
Define and track budget strategy, allocate budgets, and analyze performance
Research new traffic sources, implement new tools and channels, and monitor e-marketing trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school or equivalent
Experience in traffic acquisition
Native or near‑native proficiency in French
Good knowledge of the Belgian market is a plus
Comfortable working with numbers
Excellent team-working skills
Rigour, initiative, and strong problem‑solving skills
Strong interest in e‑commerce and home furnishing/home improvement
