About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare quotations for the commercial team and WACO agents for both international (foreign trade) and domestic operations;
Follow up on submitted quotations, tracking deadlines and responses;
Negotiate rates and terms with international agents, airlines and ocean carriers;
Analyze costs and seek a balance between competitiveness and operational quality;
Update partner and agent records and quotation controls;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements related to the pricing process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade or related fields;
Intermediate English proficiency;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office suite);
Experience with CargoWise or other international logistics management systems is a plus;
Analytical, organized and detail-oriented profile.
