About the role

  • Analyze shipping documents (invoice, packing list, AWB/BL) under the supervision of the immediate supervisor
  • Validate basic information such as NCM, taxation and special regimes, referring questions to mid-level or senior team members
  • Contribute to the preparation of Import Declaration (DI) drafts in SISCOMEX/Portal Único, subject to review
  • Request cash payments and perform document verification
  • Register and monitor Import Licenses (LI), when applicable
  • Follow up on processes and keep clients informed about the release status
  • Monitor parameterization and customs clearance with the Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal)
  • Update spreadsheets and internal systems related to the clearance process
  • Stay up to date with basic foreign trade rules and legislation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures
  • Knowledge of the SISCOMEX system is desirable
  • Basic Excel skills
