Solutions Engineer

• Serve as Technical Lead and System Architect for the Concorde Framework (application and database tiers).
• Lead technical planning meetings, mentor team leads, and provide direction for all technical subject matter areas.
• Oversee development teams to ensure adherence to methodologies, workflows, and security practices.
• Architect solutions for enterprise-scale systems (10,000+ users, 500+ database tables, 100M+ rows).
• Drive modernization efforts including cloud migration, DevSecOps adoption, microservices, and API development.
• Ensure compliance with DEA and federal security, privacy, and records management standards.
• Lead technical briefings and status updates for DEA senior leadership.
• Support disaster recovery planning and implementation at geographically dispersed facilities.
