Key responsibilities & impact

Support Vendi’s new business and growth efforts by managing proposal development
Coordinate internal teams
Maintain the new business pipeline
Support agency marketing and self-promotion efforts
Help ensure successful onboarding of new clients
Manage systems and processes for effective new business activities
Determine, develop and secure opportunities for Vendi new client partnerships
Develop, manage and deliver prospect proposals
Support, develop, manage and present client pitches
Proactively manage Vendi’s prospect funnel
Create estimates and proposals for clients
Create and manage assignments in project management software
Develop internal project timelines and monitor schedules
Prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports
Travel to clients, prospects, trade shows and other industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in a sales- or marketing-related position or internship, or experience managing projects or other agency activities
Exceptional organization and project management skills with great attention to detail
Ability to serve as a team member in strategy, planning, brainstorming and other internal functions
Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills
Extremely high-level presentation skills
Effective personal and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
Someone who values kindness, collaboration and creativity
