About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Map, design, and optimize the sales funnel, ensuring efficient processes from prospecting through to closing.
- Manage and optimize the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and automation tools, ensuring data integrity and strong team adoption.
- Create performance (BI) dashboards to track KPIs such as conversion rate, sales cycle length, and goal attainment.
- Analyze historical data and the pipeline to produce reliable revenue forecasts.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales representatives on tools and sales processes.
- Bridge Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth lead handoff and adherence to SLAs.
- Assist in strategic planning, setting targets, defining sales territories, and designing commission structures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales, commercial operations, or analytical roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive.
