• Manage and optimize the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and automation tools, ensuring data integrity and strong team adoption.
• Create performance (BI) dashboards to track KPIs such as conversion rate, sales cycle length, and goal attainment.
• Analyze historical data and the pipeline to produce reliable revenue forecasts.
• Support onboarding and training of new sales representatives on tools and sales processes.
• Bridge Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring smooth lead handoff and adherence to SLAs.
• Assist in strategic planning, setting targets, defining sales territories, and designing commission structures.
