Analyst

• Manage foreign exchange (FX) operations, ensuring compliance with settlement deadlines;
• Analyze FX exposure and monitor upcoming maturities;
• Validate documents, amounts, currencies and rates for FX transactions;
• Obtain quotes and negotiate with banks and brokers;
• Control international payments and record settlements in the system;
• Manage bank remittances and returns, ensuring correct financial settlement;
• Prepare management reports and area performance indicators;
• Monitor pending payments and support negotiations with suppliers when necessary;
• Enter payments into the bank and via bank remittance;
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize and automate financial processes;
• Serve as the area’s technical reference, supporting the team and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
