About the role
- Monitor end-to-end import processes, from order placement to final delivery to the customer;
- Check documentation, tariff classification (NCM), attributes and perform DI (Import Declaration) and DUIMP (Unified Declaration of International Trade) registration and tracking, ensuring compliance with current legislation;
- Maintain and update processes in the ERP, ensuring accuracy of information and deadlines;
- Post financial entries, manage billing control and prepare management reports and tracking spreadsheets;
- Maintain active communication with clients, customs brokers and partners, ensuring fluidity and transparency in operations;
- Review technical and regulatory documents, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Foreign Trade or related fields;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Knowledge of import documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.;
- Experience in trading (advantage);
- Knowledge of the Conexos system (advantage)
