About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive new business opportunities end-to-end with event organizers — from first conversation to signed deal
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customers across brands, agencies, and strategic partners
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a fast-moving environment
- Source and structure data-driven partnerships, including data exchange and technical collaborations, that support revenue growth and product expansion
- Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to help influence product and positioning
- Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy & operations, consulting, or a similar analytical/operational role
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable pitching to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- Self-starter mentality — you’re comfortable owning your number and your process
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments
- Bonus Points: Experience in data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms; Familiarity with events, experiential marketing, or brand marketing ecosystems; Experience working with international clients or expanding into new markets
