About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and maintain internal network systems, workstations, telephony, and business applications
- Administer and maintain core network infrastructure
- Effectively resolve systems issues and provide quality user support
- Train users in hardware and software usage
- Perform proactive reporting and regular systems reviews
- Manage Azure infrastructure for budget planning
- Lead and manage IT projects adhering to timelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of work experience in Systems/Network Administration
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Support abilities in Windows Server environments
- TCP/IP configuration
- Wired & wireless networking configuration
- Application support
- Preferred Proficiencies: MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Azure, Azure cost analysis and forecasting, AWS management
- Experience with Windows Server configuration and support
- Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure and security standards
