About the role

  • Own and grow agency and brand relationships across Chicago and the broader Midwest territory
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Develop and pitch custom advertising solutions across gaming and entertainment environments
  • Manage your full sales pipeline from prospecting through close and onboarding
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by delivering insights, updates, and performance learnings
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales Marketing, Creative, Ops, and Ad Ops teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns
  • Stay ahead of new product launches and opportunities to maximize client investment
  • Track and report on pipeline health, revenue growth, and forecasting

Requirements

  • Established agency and or brand relationships within the Midwest preferred
  • Comfort selling complex, custom media solutions
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence using data and insights to support recommendations
  • A genuine interest in gaming, entertainment, and emerging media environments
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly within the Midwest
