• Develop data-driven growth plans and compelling renewal proposals.
• Spot churn risks early by analysing performance, engagement, and revenue trends.
• Build strong, multi-level relationships that foster trust and shared success.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews that tell a clear, commercial story and highlight forward-looking opportunities.
• Take ownership of publisher revenue performance and identify new monetisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Data, Yield, Ad Ops, and Demand teams to optimise performance across formats, platforms, and demand sources.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive decisions internally and for publishers.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Venatus’ product suite.
• Support revenue forecasting and margin modelling to unlock scalable growth.
• Serve as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for key publisher relationships.
• Advocate for publisher needs internally, shaping product roadmaps, reporting, and monetisation strategies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Yield, Ad Ops, and Demand teams to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence.
• Surface portfolio-level insights and trends to leadership to inform company strategy.
• Mentor junior Publisher Success team members, raising standards and sharing best practices.
