About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with our Data Lake, running queries, making adjustments, and ensuring data integrity
- Update and evolve dashboards and reports, ensuring they always reflect the business reality
- Organize and structure data sets to facilitate future analyses
- Translate people data into actionable insights for leadership
- Connect people metrics (turnover, performance, engagement, etc.) with business metrics
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities and propose clear recommendations
- Act as a partner to HRBPs, supporting strategic decisions with data
- Use AI day-to-day to accelerate analyses, generate hypotheses, and explore data
- Raise the sophistication of analyses, moving from descriptive to diagnostic and predictive
- Make data more accessible, clear, and actionable for different audiences
- Translate complex data into simple, actionable messages
- Lead discussions with stakeholders, bringing data-driven challenges and prompts
- Influence decisions with clarity, structure, and evidence
- Work closely with HRBPs and leaders to understand real context and pain points
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in data analysis (People Analytics, BI, or related areas)
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills and data manipulation
- Experience with data handling and structuring
- Experience with presentations and data storytelling
- Experience in People Analytics
- Experience in business contexts (e.g., supporting leadership, working directly with HRBPs)
- Knowledge of Python or applied statistics
- Experience applying AI to data analysis
- Experience in technology companies or high-complexity environments
