About the role

  • Manage the Enterprise customer journey in a high-touch model, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Diagnose performance, engagement, and training challenges, and build Success Plans focused on delivering measurable business impact.
  • Lead QBRs and strategic meetings with C-level executives and directors, presenting adoption metrics and ROI.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales/Commercial team.
  • Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders).
  • Map processes, analyze data, and propose improvements focused on efficiency and scalability.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and conduct on-site visits when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success or managing large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in a high-touch model, conducting strategic meetings and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and develop results-oriented action plans.
  • Experience conducting QBRs and presenting metrics to leadership.
  • Familiarity with metrics such as churn, NPS, adoption, and ROI.
  • Organized and disciplined in managing a portfolio and maintaining CRM updates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative approach.
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with clients in HR, People & Management, or HR technology solutions.
  • Experience with engagement, retention, and expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
