About the role
- Manage the Enterprise customer journey in a high-touch model, ensuring adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Diagnose performance, engagement, and training challenges, and build Success Plans focused on delivering measurable business impact.
- Lead QBRs and strategic meetings with C-level executives and directors, presenting adoption metrics and ROI.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales/Commercial team.
- Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders).
- Map processes, analyze data, and propose improvements focused on efficiency and scalability.
- Keep the CRM up to date and conduct on-site visits when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success or managing large enterprise accounts.
- Experience in a high-touch model, conducting strategic meetings and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and develop results-oriented action plans.
- Experience conducting QBRs and presenting metrics to leadership.
- Familiarity with metrics such as churn, NPS, adoption, and ROI.
- Organized and disciplined in managing a portfolio and maintaining CRM updates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a consultative approach.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with clients in HR, People & Management, or HR technology solutions.
- Experience with engagement, retention, and expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell).
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
