About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Accounting team in daily operational activities, including document processing, vendor account maintenance, and handling incoming requests through shared mailboxes.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating process documentation, work instructions, and team knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Collect, prepare, and organize data for reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and other management information needs.
  • Prepare materials for meetings and support the team by taking notes, documenting actions, and following up on agreed next steps.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by gathering data, supporting process reviews, and participating in problem-solving activities.
  • Develop knowledge of Accounting processes, systems, and tools through training, job shadowing, and hands-on involvement in daily operations.
  • Provide general administrative support, including coordinating meetings, maintaining trackers, and assisting with team events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Polish language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data, documentation, and routine accounting tasks.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and work with numerical data.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, and basic formulas) and willingness to learn accounting and workflow systems such as SAP and ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward learning and contributing in a team environment.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a high level of professionalism, ownership, and commitment to confidentiality when handling financial information.
