About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and continuously improve compensation and incentive programs
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders for salary benchmarking
- Drive the annual global salary review process
- Maintain and develop global job architecture and job grading
- Use data insights for decision-making on rewards
- Support design and implementation of variable pay programs
- Lead local and global compensation projects
- Contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits
- Knowledge of a formal job grading methodology
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort in a global, intercultural environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Professional fluency in English
