Senior Portfolio Manager, Quality Cost

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive Quality Cost (COPQ) into a prioritized portfolio of initiatives with measurable business impact
- Drive the definition of quality cost initiatives and execution roadmap in close collaboration with subject matter experts
- Establish a prioritized portfolio of quality cost initiatives, including planning, governance and follow-up
- Ensure execution and follow-up of initiatives together with local owners
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and collaboration on initiatives across Global QHSE&E, Operations, Product Development, Supply Engineering, and Finance
- Prepare and facilitate reviews and management updates on progress, risks and impact
- Define and maintain KPIs and reporting for quality cost and improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Portfolio or project management experience within a cross-functional environment
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to engage and influence different functions
- Ability to assess stakeholder landscape and engage relevant parties to ensure effective implementation
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across organizational levels
- Solid business understanding enabling translation into operational actions
- Strategic mindset with a helicopter view, allowing you to identify priorities and support decision-making
- Comfort working with data and dashboards (e.g. Power BI) while maintaining a high-level perspective
- Proactive and able to take ownership in an evolving environment
