About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead initiatives to develop our business and build/manage partnerships with our target groups
Inspire and educate on daylight designs, recommending optimal VELUX solutions
Offer design proposals considering optimization of daylight quality in interiors with VELUX solutions
Develop and execute plans to establish and nurture partnerships
Provide technical support for Sales team and follow up on projects
Collaborate on materials, tools, and training for professionals
Document case stories and produce high-quality content for professional target audiences
Establish a network with influential architecture universities and present VELUX content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2-3 years of experience in designing and developing architectural solutions within the building materials or construction industry.
Knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, or similar), MS Office: Word, Power Point, Excel and excellent skills in technical drawing
Ability to closely work with architects, investors, building companies, civil engineers
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent understanding of construction materials, building codes, and industry standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian, ensuring effective conveyance of ideas and information.
