About the role
- Play an active role in the global strategy deployment and its adaptation to the divisional level.
- Lead the Division strategy deployment to PCOs.
- Lead the divisional Operations Analytics network and high-level analysis looking for the new opportunities and savings within division.
- Act as the primary contact for divisional management, PCO managers, and the global analytics network.
- Support PCOs in implementing analytics tools and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in operations analytics, cost management, and business case development.
- Experience in deploying standards and coordinating cross-functional programs.
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Effective communicator and influencer, able to translate global strategy into actionable divisional plans.
- Collaborative mindset and proven project/program management experience.
